Grease is still the word! Stage Local’s Rydel Reunion is a cabaret-style celebration created especially for performers ages 30+ who never got their chance at Rydell High… or just want to return for the reunion.
With Cumberland University presenting the musical Grease this spring, this experience offers a chance to revisit the music we love — featuring favorite songs from the stage show, the iconic film, and additional sock-hop classics that defined the era.
This isn’t a full production — it’s a high-energy cabaret packed with powerhouse vocals, playful character moments, and nostalgic flair. Think concert vibes, retro fun, and a whole lot of hand-jive..

Elf Jr.

Buddy the Elf is back — and he’s bringing all the holiday cheer with him! Based on the beloved holiday film, Elf Jr. is a heartwarming, high-energy musical adventure that follows Buddy as he journeys from the North Pole to New York City in search of his family… and discovers that the true meaning of Christmas is believing.
Bursting with catchy songs, colorful characters, and laugh-out-loud moments, Elf Jr. is the perfect festive experience for audiences of all ages. This youth production features our talented performers bringing big spirit, joyful choreography, and plenty of sparkle to the stage.
This production marks Stage Local’s very first Junior musical — and it’s open to the entire community. In the spirit of accessibility and opportunity, participation in Elf Jr. is completely free, with only a costume fee required.
Whether you’re a lifelong Elf fan or starting a new holiday tradition, this magical show will leave your whole family smiling — and maybe even singing all the way home.

Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma!

Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Oklahoma! bursts onto the Stage Local stage this fall in a sweeping celebration of love, community, and the American spirit.
Set in turn-of-the-century Oklahoma Territory, this timeless musical follows the spirited Laurey Williams, charming cowboy Curly McLain, and a colorful cast of townsfolk as they navigate romance, rivalry, and the promise of a brighter future. Featuring iconic songs like “Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’,” “People Will Say We’re in Love,” and “Oklahoma,” this Golden Age classic blends heartfelt storytelling with unforgettable music and dance.
With its rich ensemble, memorable characters, and joyful score, Oklahoma! is a perfect showcase of Stage Local’s commitment to accessible, high-quality community theatre. Join us for an uplifting theatrical experience that celebrates connection, courage, and coming together.
Auditions will be held April 16–17, with dance call and callbacks on April 18.

Stage Local’s Villain Cabaret reimagines Broadway’s most iconic antagonists through powerhouse solos, sultry duets, and ensemble moments that celebrate the characters we love to hate (and secretly relate to).
From seductive showstoppers to dramatic ballads, this immersive cabaret experience blends live theatre with craft cocktails and upscale ambiance for a night that’s equal parts glamorous and mischievous.
Expect Broadway favorites, delicious bites, flowing cocktails, and a cast of Stage Local favorites serving drama, vocals, and villain energy all night long.
Because sometimes… the bad guys have the best songs.
